A method for one user to notify another user present in a chat channel.
This is available to all users that have a chat privilege and are able to post messages to the current channel. You can ping a user by prefixing their name with an @ symbol, for example @Tim will ping a user named "Tim" in the channel you post it in, provided there is such a user.
