Too fast closure of proposals on Area51

If it were done when 'tis done, then 'twere well it were done quickly. Personally, I would rather they close sites quickly, if they're going to at all - so people don't invest a lot of time in them.

Just look at some of the Top Users. I notice that Bill the Lizard and Cletus seem to do fine on rep. :) And Cletus has 145K rep on the main site, too...
