I'm not sure to get it.. every event in the system is timestamped, right? So multiple tumbleweed badges could be recalculated.. unless votes are not timestamped?
I'm still missing the last part of the process here: what do "disputed" flags become? Do they just stay "disputed" forever? Or they may become "declined" or "helpful" later, at some point, for some reason?
