Sarah Bowman

I was introduced to email at the local public library when it first became available in the late 1990's. Signed up for hotmail like everyone else. Since then, I've used the internet for online library catalogues, research, discussion forums and blogs. Using free internet tools, I've set up blogs, forums, and even a website. On Quora, I learned the ropes and set up first a blog, then a few Quora Spaces, to help others learn the Quora ropes. But I am not a programmer or techie support person. My interests are the social sciences, the Liberal Arts and Humanities. I transitioned from a horse and buggy Mennonite community to mainstream society about the turn of the millenium. I did this by studying at the local university, which education is taboo in my native community, and got myself kicked out.
