Have you checked show removed post on reputation board. May be you crossed 200 repo bar in a day so you got the badge but due to faulty votes removal process you loosed your repo.

May be some post are removed where you got upvote and made it to the badge but repo got rollback.

So check removed post in repotation board and tell if you got any hint.

Because in the rollback of repo in amy case, you looses the repo but badges remains the same.

Have you checked the "show removed posts" checkbox in your reputation tab? Maybe you crossed the 200 rep bar, so you got the badge, but due to the faulty votes removal process you lost it again.

Maybe some of your upvoted posts were removed, but contributed to the badge before you lost the rep. Badges are never rescinded.

So check "show removed posts" and see if you can find a hint.
