There is no set of objective criteria that one can apply, either as a flag submitter or a flag “servicer”, to these link-only non-answers. I feel this is a real problem. I do not see how link-only answers enrich SO, or the Net in general, either. I do not understand why they are tolerated by a few here, especially given how many do not tolerate them. We should have a policy, and we don’t.
