Really, it should be possible and officially encouraged to mark a comment as to be promoted (by a moderator) to an answer. | |

I may just not have enough reputation yet, but this seems like a decision that the community should make, not the system. | |

I used to have a high answered percentage which is now creeping down as often the best answer is left as a comment | |
