But in general I agree: it can be perfectly appropriate to leave a comment. And even in this specific case it would have been legitimate to read the whole thread, see that what you wanted to say in your comment wasn't covered, and go back to the review tab and leave your comment. | |

Not quite a duplicate. That question deals with someone who failed a bad review by clicking comment , and doesn't discuss the proper protocol for leaving comments.
