It does mean they must explain what misunderstanding they encountered. If they completely understand a topic, then there would be no question so I believe that part does make sense. However, this is not a feature request, it is just wording as a suggestion. Since you feel so strongly about this topic, perhaps you could contribute with an answer. | |

In fact, I'd prefer to de-emphasize the "must show teh codez". Showing understanding and effort doesn't have to mean code. The important point is "are you going to be able to understand a reasonable answer, or am I doomed to be holding your hand explaining for the next hour and a half?" | |
