You can try to prevent low quality content before it happens, or do it after it happens. Stack Exchange chose the latter. Not everything needs to be automated, and I have seen questionless questions which were good and on-topic. I don't deny that there are many many out there which are not, which is why I suggested a notice instead of absolute rejection. | |
