I mean, with a lot of work you could make it a lot fairer, but I tried to keep in mind that this was just a small number on a profile page, not some main feature of SE and all things considered I think this would strike a fair balance.

It will still probably tilt in favour of late answers, since many views are in the first week, but it seems to be the best we can do with the metrics that are already tracked.
