I think some of your thinking is clouded by what's known as the zero price effectzero price effect. The question you should be asking isn't, why pay $99 for something I can get for free, but rather, is a listing on CSO worth $99 more than the other sites? If it cost $1 to list on Dice and $100 to list on CSO, what would you say then?
