I read about accounts which have that particular attribute, that were said to be actively harmful to the Stack Overflow community.

The main reason I asked that question, is that there were already users who wanted to take drastic action to foil those particular users, but I have yet to see any real data to back up their opinions.

Given this, I asked for the actual data, because I hate making decisions without any real data to determine if it is the correct course of action. I also asked for other data that seemed to have a strong correlation to those particular accounts.
