I am having trouble setting up a BigchainDB network and made a post on Stack Overflow about it. However, I'm not sure if that was the correct place to post it. I checked the Stack Exchange sites, however, I'm not sure which one is relevant for this particular problem and therefore I am searching for a recommendation.

Where to ask about Tendermint connection refused error?

I am having a trouble setting up a BigchainDB network and made a post about it. However, I'm not sure if that was the correct place to post it. I did checkchecked the Stack Exchange Exchange sites. However, however, I'm not sure which one is relevant for this particular problem and therefore I am searching for a recommendation.

I'm trying to set-up a local bigchaindbBigchainDB network with 3 raspberry pisRaspberry Pis using this repository as a reference https://github.com/bigchaindb/bigchaindb-node-ansiblethis repository as a reference. However, however all my nodes encounter a connection refused"connection refused" problem on tendermint.servicetendermint.service. Tendermint is on v0.31.5 and bigchaindbBigchainDB on v2.0.0. I checked if the port is blocked but it seems to be fine.

The error that I am getting is:
