The threshold for / (e.g., "Top Questions" here) is approx. -8. Currently Which sites have additional requirements to become a nominee in moderator election? (-6) is shown whereas Why can new users only answer every 30 minutes? (-11) isn't. In contrast to on the upper left → "Questions" ("All Questions").
