Jun 28, 2023 at 22:16 comment added wizzwizz4 The Stack Overflow trademark guidance says not to copy the “look and feel”, and every footer says “Site design / logo © 2023 Stack Exchange Inc;”. But many aspects of the site's design are not copyrightable (e.g. the old triangular voting arrows) and basically none of this is registered-trademarked (but that may not matter). Rule of thumb: if somebody with an eye for detail would mistake your site for Stack Exchange, don't do it.
