ItsIt’s not the lack of winterbashWinter Bash that's the 'issue' -, but rather the general environment. The loss of voices that spoke for us in the community, voluntary ofor involuntary. What feels like a repeat of the same patterns that hurt the community in the past.

So I don't have any platitudes, or any happier thoughts than....

Maybe Hope. ItsIt’s a warm thought in dark winter nights of the soul.

And maybe we'll be able to build the communities to call the folks we've lost home in the future.
