How should I refer to the OP?
I would roughly metaphrase "Pan metron ariston" as "Balance is the optimal virtue". :) True, I see no bullets, but if I click on "edit" on your post, I see your two *.

“Παν μέτρον άριστον", and this now sets the sweet spot between the two terms.

Move question info from underneath question title back to sidebar on wider viewports
That info just get in the way of the reader, which probably is trying to (quickly) solve a problem in their code, reading a plethora of questions.. Couldn't agree more!

What motivates people to answer questions on Stack Exchange?
Of course NOT! I answer, to give back to the community, that it helped me so much!

Should the Astronomy site pop up when someone queries for "space"?
Because non-related people looking for it are more likely to be represented by users here, than there... and yes, but because I just had posted my black hole question, I had to wait 50 mins to post again, and I. The meanwhile I thought it would be nice to post it here, since it's not a trivial problem (I was already thinking of what GetAnswerWizard commented), so that everybody willing to help is going to have a chance to actually help.. :) –

I thought so @GetAnswerWizard, maybe the people of that site enhancing their "thing"? I am not sure, that's I was hoping to seed the discussion here ..

Please don't call Beijing "Peking"
The lack of a red, free-hand cycle in the screenshot made me not to upvote the question :)

Is it cool to have "fun" comment-discussions unrelated to an answer?
I follow the same approach @TheWanderer. If the comment is off-topic, I make sure to delete afterwards, in a reasonable timeframe. I see your point about exceptions. If "Pan Metron Ariston" was still around in the world, I think it would apply..

@ColleenV one of the members of my example is a mod. Given the "it depends on the relaxivity of the site whether it is allowed or not", I think that the people in charge is OK (and I am OK, as long as SE people are happy).

I see @andmyself, if you want to share it in an answer, I promise to read it.

Doesn't this oppose to the answer posted here @andmyself?
