I am sure a lot of developers/ system admins/ power users have question about a use for CMS such as Drupal or Joomla, but it seems that there is no proper place for itthose questions. CMS is a part ofquestions can be about programming (developers), a part of configuration ( that'sthat's a system adminadmin's job) and some web design.
