On a worse note is reinstating a moderator fit for duty on one site and not reinstating them on another site. Indeed unlawful, but I am unaware to whom this happened. I believed only one reinstatement process per fired/resigned mod was needed. In other words, if Monica had submitted to the process, and her application passed with flying colours, her modding privileges to her six sites would have been reinstated. Was I mistaken?
