Flair Why is my flair not updated with my actual reputation score?

I use themy Flair image in other forumon another site, and I noticed thethat my reputation score there is not updated..

Since a picture is better than 1000 words: alt text

In addition it's inconsistent as you can see. My actual reputation on Stack Overflow is 316, but my flair shows 261.

BugIs this a bug or a feature?
