Based on the title and browsing "Questions that may already have your answer", this doesn't seem to have been reported yet.

So I've been using the site and voting on questions and answers. I have even reviewed some items, and in that process, also voted some more, added comments etc.

I go make a coffee, come back, answer a question, vote, and proceed to review some more.

I see First Posts and Late Answers blocked off with the gray comment:
Daily up/down vote limit reached; come back in 15 hours.

What gives? So I cannot flag any more non-answers, add comments, upvote comments, or close questions, delete answers anymore through the review system?

In my opinion this is flawed since it has an unfortunate consequence: if you want to maximise the number of First Posts or Late Answer you can do, don't upvote.

+1 -- I don't see any reason why you shouldn't be able to review when the vote limit is reached.

Ran into this situation today, much to my surprise. Seeing as there are several actions that can be carried out on Late Answers, I don't see why a reviewers queue should be locked out just because (s)he no longer has any upvotes left for the day.
