So I feel like this is either a dumb question or a dupe, but here we go...
If I go to the "Users" page on a site and search, and then sort by all-time reputation (as here), I get very confusing results:
I don't understand how these are sorted. There is one person with over 1K rep, and they are not (in any way that I can see) placed above the person with 1 or 19. How are these sorted?
