Use the same location for Submit button in the comment flag dialog as in the post flag dialog
Something bothers me about the new comment flag dialog: it's the only dialog with the submit button on the left. Can we please move it to the right:
like the post flag dialog:

Add UI feedback when successfully flagging a comment
When flagging a comment for some reason, no tooltip appears to say "Thanks, we'll take a look" or similar upon submitting the flag... just... nothing.
Can you please add such a feedback so we know ...
