This post elections.stackexchange.com isn't loading refers to the issue. So, I would like to suggest remove the dead links.

I am checking the moderator election results to see who are all the mods in [travel.se] and their elected year.

When clicking the link More Information about the candidates,

It points to url elections.stackexchange.com/#travel.stackexchange

Which returns a 404

I then changed the link to https://elections.stackexchange.com/

and still no result.

In short,

Link [elections.se] is dead
