How can I figure out who has visited my profile?
You can't. This isn't Linkedin or some other glorified social network.

Would it be possible to create a new tab for unanswered questions to give them more attention?
There's already an "unanswered" tab. (Though it does include questions that have "answers" with no upvotes.)
