Meta Stack Exchange is where users like you discuss bugs, features, and support issues that affect the software powering all 158 Stack Exchange communities.

What is meta?
Here's how it works:
  1. Any Stack Exchange user can ask a question
  2. The community provides support, votes on ideas, and reports bugs
  3. Your voice helps shape the way Stack Exchange operates

The missing link is that flagging comments is a form of voting. – mmyers Dec 1 '10 at 22:31
Just not a form of up-voting. Oh well, no harm done. – George Bailey Dec 1 '10 at 23:29

No. However, if you accidentally flag someone, don't worry too much about it. Comments require 5 flags to be deleted—it's unlikely that 5 people will all misclick on the same comment.
