I was thinking about doing an experiment of trying to learn a new language through Stack Overflow.

There are two questions: 1) is the unofficial policy of closing "easy" questions going to make this either stupid or hard?
2) Would it be better to just troll through the questions on the website or download the database and do some filtering locally?
