Suggested tag "duplicate-questions" isn't particularly helpful, it's more about *duplicate titles* (which are impossible) and workarounds. Suggesting the tag quality-filter instead as it can be applied to the title to require non-similar titles (if this FR is implemented).

However, I think it could be relevant to throw an additional "WAIT! We found the exact same question title [here]! Please make sure they're different different questions" popup before the actual asking, on top of the existing "similar questions" dropdown. | |
