To a Russian speaker, that would read as something like "Sommipitu". People going to a different language Stack Exchange shouldn't need to know the English alphabet to understand the username of this bot. Looking at the homepage of https://rus.stackexchange.com and https://ja.stackoverflow.com/, it's pretty common.

This was already asked for in Rename the Community user on localized sites and marked completed, but it wasn't implemented on these sites for some reason; this is therefore a bug with its implementation.
