This change has been made. Now all posts are displayed on Meta Stack Exchange homepage, regardless of the post score*.

While this change is currently only active here on Meta Stack Exchange, any other site can request a change for their site's meta as they see fit. Create a post on your meta site and ask if users would like the same change applied there. If consensus indicates the site would appreciate the change, flag for a moderator to tag with to escalate it to the Community Team.
