Wrong site icons are displaying in Area 51
I see the site icons are displaying wrongly in the Site switcher, inbox and achievements of the Area 51 main site.
I thought it is due to the cache, so pressed Ctrl + F5 but still the same issue. ...

Achievements tab isn't working in Area 51
When I try to bring down the Achievements tab in Area 51, it's showing an error dialogue.
Strangely enough, the global inbox dropdown works just fine.
Could be connected to this issue.

At http://area51.stackexchange.com/faq, the top-bar dropdown looks weird:
Elsewhere on Area 51 (e.g. http://area51.stackexchange.com/badges), it looks normal:

Why is the top bar not changed on Stack Exchange, Area 51 and Ask Ubuntu?
