To a Russian speaker, that would read as something like "Sommipitu". People going to a different language Stack Exchange shouldn't need to know the English alphabet to understand the username of this bot. Looking at the frontpage https://rus.stackexchange.com, it's pretty common.

I would also like to translate my (user)name to different alphabets/languages, where it's relevant. People shouldn't have to switch their keyboard layouts to @ someone.
