Hidden feature on the Search box in SO
If a keyword is a tag then it's converted into a tag search.
"Java", "Dynamic" and "C#" are all tags, but "abc" isn't.
To search for a word that's a tag as just the word prefix it by "+". … So your search will be:

Also words like "in" and "or" etc are ignored in the search (or at least they used to be). …

Is asking duplicate questions to improve searchability okay?
common enough for people to use it in preference to the existing question then yes asking the new question is acceptable, but only if the original question can't be edited so that it does turn up in said search … Stack Exchange works best when the question(s) contain the common search terms.
