Answer re-accepted but still -15 RP
This is just a matter of both the unaccept and re-accept coming in at the exact same time and throwing the system off. A simple recalculation of your account fixed the issue.

A simple way of making this obvious is to not allow accepting an answer if another answer is accepted. The user must unaccept the first answer before being able to accept the other answer.
